tp bennett secures warehouse lease to support growth in Manchester
tp bennett has taken a lease on 3,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester following significant growth and as further commitment to its regional hub.
The practice, which has grown across its Manchester and London offices by 34% in the last 12 months, has taken warehouse office space in the Royal Mills development, Ancoats Urban Village. The practice has designed its new interior with the ethos that it shares with many of its clients, to open up channels of communication across teams and maintain a flexibility to accommodate future growth. With an open plan layout and a variety of collaborative working areas, the style echoes its London headquarters.
Leigh Dimelow, head of the Manchester office, said: “Since we opened in July 2014 we have developed a significant pipeline of projects and built a strong and successful team. Manchester continues to develop as a great place to work and live and we’re pleased to extend our commitment to the city with this new office.”
tp bennett’s move in 2014 was designed to strengthen existing client relationships and to attract the top talent in the region. The practice is working with a strong portfolio of clients including, Bruntwood, Genr8, DLA Piper and Freshfields and has a long-standing relationship with framework clients including HSBC, Barclays, Nationwide and the BBC.
